Electronic health record will enhance patient care
Officially at midnight on Sunday, Oct. 5, Mercy will “flip the switch,” to activate our new clinical software system, which will provide fully integrated electronic health records for our patients in all Mercy service areas. From this date forward, whether you are a patient of outpatient services, our physician offices, emergency rooms, inpatient areas, surgery or outreach clinics, your current health information – including allergies, medications, past history, etc. – will be accessible at the fingertips of the clinical providers serving you. Expanded Mercy specialty clinic space opens
Area patients of Mercy Hospital’s visiting specialty physicians now enjoy a new and expanded clinic space for their appointments. The new clinic space has opened on the lower level of the Mercy Physician Group building, 800 W. Laurel, after renovations were completed in that area earlier this year. Formerly, specialty physicians conducted their clinics on the second floor of the hospital. More
