Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday       5:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. *
Saturday                  6 a.m. - 12 noon
Sunday                    1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Special hours for Holidays will be posted

*Between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., members are welcome to use the facility, however Physical Therapy patients have priority access to equipment.

If you have any questions on your workout, ask any staff member and they will be glad to help.
