Frank Halsey
President Mid-Continental Restoration

Frank is the president of Mid-Continental Restoration based in Ft. Scott with several outlying offices in other states. He is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision for an employee owned, multi-office, construction services corporation. In addition to the Foundation, Frank also serves on the board of directors for CASA.

Frank’s interests are centered around his family and include boating, fishing, golf and kids activities.
